Snow will develop this afternoon and continue into this evening. Accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected across eastern Minnesota and Wisconsin. A few higher totals are possible from parts of far southern Minnesota to central Wisconsin as snow persists there into the overnight hours. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. A stretch of dangerously cold wind chills, with values frequently falling between 25 and 45 degrees below zero, is expected during the overnight and morning hours Sunday night through Wednesday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
