Patchy fog this morning will reduce visibility to below a mile at times. Frost continues this morning as well. Most of the area remains dry, with showers west of the James River later today into the evening. Cooler and periodically breezy through Saturday. Shower and isolated storm chances return Thursday evening through Friday. Severe weather is not expected.
